Valorant, the FPS of Riot Games, ends the year with important news. The director of the game, Joe Ziegler, has announced that he will leave the position of him this week, to work on a completely new project that is planning Riot Games.

Ziegler worked at Valorant for 8 years He is with a heart full of gratitude and a deep emotion that I share this news today, so began Ziegler the farewell letter of him on the official site of Valorant. After 8 years to work in Valorant, I give him the position of Game Director to my good friend, Andy Ho.

Ziegler worked at Valorant since the project was born within Riot Games, and next to the whole team, he built it in the multiplayer title that we now enjoyed. It is a team of passionate and dedicated developers who have worked tirelessly to serve you with the respect and admiration they deserve, said Ziegler by addressing the community of Valorant.

As for Andy Ho, he has worked inside Riot Games for about 5 years, and most of that time has dedicated it to Valorant. Ho also worked for more than a year in the studio Phoenix Labs, responsible for the free game, Dauntless.

How will Ziegler work now? The only thing that cleared the ex director, is that it is a completely new project in Riot Games. Although that does not tell us a lot, we can discard titles that we already have Valorant.
